Shared Prayer

Eternal Father I praise You, Jehovah Shalom, for You are the God of peace and the One who binds hearts together in love. I bring You this prayer for family, and I stand where Joshua 24:15 stands, choosing You above every other voice, and saying that as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Your will is that we live in unity, and I ask You for that unity now. Where trust has been broken between us, heal it. Where words have wounded, bring forgiveness that is genuine and lasting. Where distance has grown, draw us back to one another. It is written that You make peace within our borders, so I ask You to settle every quarrel and quiet every offense in our home. I refuse bitterness, and by the power of the Word I subdue every spirit of division working against my family, in Jesus name. Thank You for hearing me. Thank You for the patience You have shown us and the mercy that keeps calling us home. I believe You are already restoring what strife tried to ruin, and my heart rests in that. Thy will be done. Amen.
