PRAYER FOR TODAY
O Holy One that answers prayers
You have spoken to Your people, be strong, and work, for You are with us.
For the person facing an impossible assignment, and the one rebuilding life after loss, put courage in their spirit, and keep their hands from dropping.
When threats rise and anxiety shouts loud, You, Lord, shall fight for us, and we will not surrender to fear.
Forgive our unbelief, cleanse us from complaining, and give us willing obedience for the work You have set before us.
Strengthen leaders who feel alone, and strengthen laborers whose strength is failing.
When our faith wavers, remind us that You are the author and finisher of our faith.
Thank You for staying with us, and for giving strength to do what You command.
For it is in Jesus name we pray.
