Shared Prayer

Faithful Father Your Son stood in the midst of His followers and spoke peace, and that same word still stands for Your people. Speak Peace be unto you over believers shaken by conflict, threats, and sudden loss, and over those who lie awake with anxiety and racing thoughts. Silence the accusing voice of fear, and rule our minds with Your calm authority. Let Your peace govern our choices, our words, and our homes. The Lord is our shepherd, we shall not want, so we refuse to be driven by dread of what may come. All things are working together for our good, so we trust You when answers delay. Thank You for being in our midst, for speaking Peace be unto you, and for giving peace that the world cannot give. For in Jesus name we pray. Amen.
