Shared Prayer

O Lord our God We lift our hearts to worship You, for You are wise beyond measure and good in all Your ways. Scripture tells us that You know the way we take, and when You have tried us, we shall come forth as gold. Nothing about our path is hidden from You. You see the pressures we carry, the grief we cannot explain, and the seasons when faith feels stretched to its limit. You have purposed to refine Your people and not to ruin them, so we yield ourselves into Your hands. Let every impurity that would spoil our walk with You be destroyed by fire, and let faith that honors You remain. By dominion we subdue discouragement and the temptation to give up, in the name of Jesus. Thank You for knowing us completely and loving us still, and for the gold You are bringing out of what we are passing through. We trust You to finish what You have begun in us. We bless Your holy name. Amen.
