Shared Prayer

Father of light, in whom there is no darkness Your covenant is sure, You put Your law within us and write it upon our hearts, and You call us Your people. Let that inward work overcome our stubbornness, our divided desires, and our hidden sins. For the believer who feels far from You, for the one worn down by pressure, and for the one who keeps falling into the same temptation, make Your Word living within them, shaping their thoughts and choices when no one sees. We declare that if God be for us, who can be against us, and we yield our will to what You have written within. Thank You that great is thy faithfulness O Lord, and You do not let Your people go. Keep our hearts faithful to You, and make our lives agree with Your holy name. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
