Shared Prayer

Holy Father, who hears and answers prayers You are good and faithful, and Your heart delights in peace, restoration, and life. You have spoken of streets filled with boys and girls at play, and we ask You to bring that peace where fear, tension, and sorrow have taken too much ground. Let Your will be done, and let homes, neighborhoods, and nations know the safety and gladness that come from Your hand. Lord hasten your word to perform it, and drive back the works that steal rest and joy. We rebuke violence, terror, and every power that feeds hatred and unrest. Plant mercy in our hearts, turn us from sin, and make us people who protect life and pursue peace. Thank You that Your promises are not empty, and that You are able to restore what has been troubled. We trust You to make room for joy again. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
