My Father, My God, we come with grateful hearts for the quiet strength You offer as the new year begins. Some of us carry heavy burdens—the fears for loved ones, the weight of debts, the noise of conflict at home. We ask You to be the rest-giver, to crush what seeks to steal our peace, and to let Your people shine with steadfast hope. Help us trust that You’re fighting for our good, that Your presence invites healing and calm into our days. Let those who love You grow radiant, like the sun at dawn, enduring in faith and mercy. May our communities feel safer, more hopeful, and more united, as You grant rest to our land and to our hearts. The Lord shall fight for you In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
