Shared Prayer

O Lord, who hears and answers prayers Your Word commands us to be strong in You, and in the power of Your might. Many of Your people feel worn down, pressed by responsibilities, attacked in the mind, and tempted to give up. You have said that he giveth power to the faint, so renew strength in the tired believer, in the mother carrying a heavy home, in the worker under pressure, and in the saint fighting fear in secret. Teach us to stop leaning on our own ability, and to rest our confidence on Your mighty power. through our God we refuse despair, we resist the enemy, and we stand in faith until obedience becomes joy again. Thank You for being our strength when we have none, and for holding us up by Your might when our knees feel weak. In your mighty and loving name, we pray. Amen.
