Shared Prayer

God of all grace I praise You, Almighty God, El Shaddai, the God who is more than enough for me. You are worthy of my joy, and I lift my voice to You with gladness. Psalm 5 tells me that all who put their trust in You will rejoice and shout for joy because You defend them, and that those who love Your name will be joyful in You. So I put my trust in You now, not in what I can see or control. You are my defense, and You surround me with favor as with a shield. Because I belong to Christ, my future rests in Your hands, and Your love for me will never be shaken. When trials press in and I feel weary or uncertain, I choose joy in You, for all things are working together for my good. In the name of Jesus I declare that I am more than a conqueror through Christ, and no fear about tomorrow will steal my song. Teach me to walk in obedience to Your will and to wait on You with expectation. Thank You for defending me, for loving me faithfully, and for giving me reason to shout for joy. Hallelujah and Amen.
