Shared Prayer

God of heaven You are Jehovah Elohim, the mighty God who made all things and who answers when I call. I praise You because nothing is too hard for You, and no delay in my life is outside Your hand. Your word in Psalm 27:14 tells me to wait on the Lord, to be of good courage, and it promises that You will strengthen my heart. So I wait on You, not with a heavy, hopeless waiting, but with courage that comes from knowing who You are. I confess that the waiting has worn on me. There are days when I want to run ahead, and days when I am afraid nothing will change. Strengthen my heart. Silence the fear that keeps whispering that You have forgotten me. I decree and declare that You are working out Your will for my life, and that Your intervention will come at the right time. Not my plan, but Yours. If God be for me, who can be against me. Thank You for holding me while I wait, and for the breakthrough You have already prepared in Jesus name. Blessed be Your holy name. Amen.
