Shared Prayer

My Lord and My Maker I worship You, God Almighty, El Shaddai, the One who is more than enough for me and never runs dry. My voice comes up to You in the morning, and as Psalm 5:3 says, I direct my prayer to You and look up, because You alone hold my future. I am not looking down at my problems or backward at what has already hurt me. I am looking up to the God who loves me with a love nothing can break. Lord hasten your word to perform it in my life, and let Your will, not my fear, shape this day. Where trials press me, give me courage to keep trusting You. Where I forget who I am, remind me that I belong to Christ and that Your love holds me. Your word declares that if God be for us, who can be against us, and I stand on that with confidence. Thank You for hearing my voice before anyone else does. Thank You that Your mercy meets me new every morning and my hope in You will not be put to shame. Blessed be the name of the Lord, from this time forth and forevermore. Amen.
