Shared Prayer

O Lord You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and I praise You because sickness has no authority over Your word. Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17 says that You will restore health and heal the wounds of Your people, and I stand on that promise now as I bring this short prayer for healing and recovery for someone I love. You see the pain in the body and the weariness in the mind, and You have not forgotten this one. In the name of Jesus, I rebuke this sickness and command it to loose its grip. I declare that healing and full recovery belong to this life, because Jesus is the Healer and He bore our sicknesses. Let Your will be done in this body, restoring strength, peace of mind, and wholeness from the inside out. All things are possible to them that believeth, so I refuse fear and doubt and I offer this prayer in faith. Thank You, Father, for hearing me and for touching this person even before I see the change. Thank You for being faithful to Your word and tender toward the hurting. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
