Shared Prayer

God of glory You are my Shepherd, and I praise You because You are good and because You have never once failed me. Psalm 23:6 tells me that goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and that I will dwell in Your house for ever. That is my hope, and I hold it now with both hands. So when trials press in and the road ahead looks uncertain, I choose to believe that Your goodness is still behind me and Your mercy is still following me. I am Yours, kept by a love that nothing can shake. God Almighty, El Shaddai, You are more than enough for everything I face. Teach me to walk in obedience to Your will, following You as a sheep follows the voice it knows. It is written that goodness and mercy pursue me, so I refuse fear about the future. Whatever comes, I count it all joy, because You are shaping me and You are not finished with me. Thank You for a home with You for ever. Thank You that my future is settled in Your hands, in Jesus name. Hallelujah and Amen.
