Shared Prayer

All Glorious God You have loved us with the same love the Father has for Jesus, and You command us to continue in that love. When many of us feel worn by rejection, guilt, and constant pressure, keep us from drifting into fear and self reliance. Teach us to stay in Your love by trusting Your words and obeying You, and let that love rule our thoughts, our reactions, and our choices. For the word of God is quick and powerful, let Your Word search us, correct us, and renew our minds when our feelings shout the opposite. For not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord, strengthen those caring for others, those facing conflict, and those who feel alone, to remain in Your love and to walk in it. Thank You for loving us first and holding us fast with faithful mercy. For in Jesus name we pray. Amen.
