Shared Prayer

We thank you Lord. Meet us today in the quiet moments when we’re tempted to harden our hearts toward someone we’d rather avoid. Help us pause, breathe, and choose love that forgives, shares, and serves. We carry heavy burdens for family, friends, and coworkers who feel misunderstood or distant, and we long to be vessels of Your peace. Teach us to listen first, to speak gently, and to act with mercy, so our small acts become familiar signs of Your care. May our homes, workplaces, and communities reflect a simple, steady love that heals divides and invites others to know You. In the name of Jesus Christ, strengthen our resolve to love our neighbors even when it’s costly. Let your name be glorified O Lord. Amen.
