Shared Prayer

Holy and awesome God You are worthy of all honor and all praise. Your word is a lamp that never goes dark, a promise that never falls empty. Your word declares that if we lack wisdom, we need only ask, and You give generously to all who come to You without turning them away. We come now, not leaning on our own understanding, but asking You, the source of all wisdom, to lead us clearly. Where we are confused, bring clarity. Where we have been hasty or fearful in our choices, steady our hearts by Your truth. We believe You answer every sincere cry for guidance. We are grateful that You do not withhold wisdom from those who ask in faith. Your word is quick and powerful, and by it You are able to direct our every step. We trust You with the decisions ahead, with the paths we cannot yet see, and with every place where we need more of You than we have of ourselves. Let your name be glorified O Lord. Amen.
