Shared Prayer

My Lord and My Maker You are God Almighty, El Shaddai, more than enough for me, and I lift up my heart to praise You. I bring You this thanksgiving prayer, not because everything is easy, but because Your word says in every thing give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning me. So I thank You in the middle of the trial and not only after it. I thank You for who I am in Christ, loved by You with a love that nothing can break, and held by a hope for my future that does not disappoint. When the pressure rises and I cannot see the way forward, I count it all joy, because You are working and You are faithful. I ask You to fill my mouth with thanks instead of complaint, and settle my heart in Your unshakable love. I am more than a conqueror through Christ, so I refuse fear and choose gratitude in Jesus name. Thank You for every mercy I have not noticed, for strength I did not earn, and for a future secured by Your promise. My heart is truly grateful. I will rejoice in the Lord always. Amen.
