Shared Prayer

God of all grace We praise You, the God who hears the cry of sinners and comes to help, for Your salvation is Your own gift and Your own doing. Your word declares that in a time accepted You heard Your people, and in the day of salvation You helped them. This is the accepted time, this is the day of salvation, and we refuse to harden our hearts against such mercy. Draw near to everyone who feels far from You, weighed down by shame, fear, or weariness, and let the welcome of Christ reach them. You are with us, O Lord, and we are not left alone in our weakness. We decree that the door of grace stands open to every soul who answers Your call, and we gladly receive the salvation You freely give. Thank You for hearing us, for helping us, and for the mercy bought with the blood of Jesus. In Jesus' name. Amen.
