Shared Prayer

Lord of hosts You have declared that there is one God, and one mediator between You and men, Jesus Christ. We come to You without pretending, carrying guilt, fear, and tired hearts, and we confess that we need mercy. We thank You that we are not shut out, for Jesus stands between Your holiness and our weakness. For the believer who feels far from You, for the one crushed by temptation, for the caregiver worn down in secret, draw them to You through Christ with clean confidence. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every voice of accusation that tries to silence prayer and bury faith. We believe Your promise that all things are possible to them that believeth, so we ask for hearts that trust You and mouths that pray again. Thank You for hearing, forgiving, and receiving us.
