Shared Prayer

Heavenly Father We praise You, because You are good and Your purposes never fail. Your word assures us that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those called according to Your purpose, and we rest our hearts in that truth. In places torn by conflict, where families grieve and relief workers risk their lives to carry bread and medicine, we ask You to work Your redeeming purpose. We cannot see how the broken pieces fit, but we trust the hand that holds them. Strengthen everyone who feels that loss has wasted their years, and let Your calling prove greater than their confusion. We believe all things are working together for our good, because You are faithful and cannot deny Yourself. God is faithful, and He will finish what He has begun in us. Thank You for loving us before we loved You, and for turning even our hardest days toward Your good purpose. Amen, and Amen.
