Shared Prayer

Heavenly Father For it is written that the thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. Many of Your people feel drained, pressured, and afraid that darkness will take what You have given. We rebuke every attack against faith, purity, and joy, and we refuse agreement with despair. Fill us with the life of Christ in our minds, our homes, and our work. Restore what has been stolen, strengthen those caring for others, and guard the believer who feels worn down by temptation and worry. Teach us to walk in the abundant life You promised, with obedience and holy courage. Thank You for sending Jesus, and for giving life that overcomes destruction. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
