Shared Prayer

God of my life I praise You, God Almighty, for the goodness that meets me on this Friday morning. You are my provider, and everything I have comes from Your generous hand. Your word says in 3 John 1:2 that the desire for me is to prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers, so I ask You to prosper my soul first, and let that health and blessing overflow into this day and the weekend ahead. Feed me on Your truth, and let my inner life grow strong in the love You have for me in Christ, a love nothing can shake. Grant me Your favor in every conversation, Your peace in every task, and Your provision for every need. Where trials press in, remind me who I am as Your own child, and let hope for tomorrow keep me walking in obedience to Your will. Your word declares that all things are working together for my good, and I believe it, so I will not be anxious about what this day holds. Thank You, Lord, for the certainty that the Lord my God is with me, watching over my going out and my coming in. Blessed be Your Holy name. Amen.
