Shared Prayer

Lord of hosts Your Word declares that You are Spirit, and that true worship must be in spirit and in truth. Forgive us for cold routine, divided attention, and hidden sin that makes our praise hollow. Cleanse our motives and set our minds on You. For believers under heavy pressure, for those caring for others while feeling empty, for those who feel numb in prayer, draw us back to simple worship that is real. Let Your Spirit lead our words, and let truth govern our thoughts, so we do not pretend before You. Let every lying voice be silenced by the power of the Word, and let our hearts bow willingly to what You have spoken. We thank You that You receive sincere worship, and that You crown us with your lovingkindness and tender mercies as we come to You. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
