Shared Prayer

Gracious Father Your Word says there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. For every believer who feels alone, overlooked, misunderstood, or worn down by constant pressure, let this truth settle deep in our hearts. You have not left us to carry burdens in isolation. You have spoken, lo, I am with you always, and You do not change, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever. Draw our minds away from fear and shame, and turn our hearts toward Your faithful companionship. Strengthen those who must care for others while they themselves are weak. Break the lie that we are abandoned. Teach us to walk with You closely, and to show true kindness to others without pretending. Thank You for staying near, for hearing every quiet prayer, and for holding us fast when we cannot hold ourselves. Amen.
