Shared Prayer

All Glorious God We praise You as the Father of lights, the unchanging Giver whose goodness never dims and never turns away. Your word tells us that every good gift and every perfect gift comes down from above, and that with You there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. What You have promised to give, You give freely, and what You have purposed in kindness toward Your children, no shifting circumstance can undo. So we bring You our emptiness, our weariness, and the fears that whisper we have been forgotten. You are with us, O Lord, and we trust Your hand to open over every honest need. We believe that God shall supply all our needs according to his riches in glory, and we refuse to doubt the heart of the One who has never changed. Thank You for every mercy already received, for breath, for bread, for grace we did not earn, and for the love that holds us constant. Let everything that is within us, bless Your holy name, Amen.
