Shared Prayer

Abba, Father You have given us hope as an anchor for the soul, a hope that reaches within the veil into Your presence. When many of us feel shaken by pressure, worn by waiting, or weighed down by grief, hold our minds and hearts in this sure hope. Let despair be broken, and let faith rise again as we look to You and not to what we see. Speak peace into the believer who feels alone, and strengthen the one who must keep serving while feeling weak. In our trouble we say, great is thy faithfulness O Lord, and we refuse to let fear rule our steps. Keep us from sin and unbelief, and draw us back to simple trust, for thou oh Lord are with us in every trial. Thank You for keeping our souls, and for bringing us safely into Your rest. Thank you Lord for hearing our cry. Amen.
