Shared Prayer

Divine Creator Your Word says there are many devices in a mans heart, nevertheless Your counsel shall stand. We confess that our thoughts race, our plans multiply, and fear pushes us to control outcomes. Bring our hearts under Your counsel. Shut down every plan born of pride, panic, or hidden sin, and turn our steps into what pleases You. For the believer facing a hard decision, for the parent carrying a household, for the worker under pressure, let Your counsel stand firm and quiet every storm inside. We rest our future in Your hands, for all power belongeth unto God, and nothing can overthrow what You have purposed. Thank You for wisdom that does not fail, and for peace that follows obedience. We ask and receive this help in the name of Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name. Amen.
