Shared Prayer

Sovereign Lord I praise You, El Shaddai, the God who is more than enough for me. I bring You this good night prayer with a heart that trusts You. Your word says in Psalm 4:8 that I will both lay me down in peace and sleep, for You alone make me dwell in safety. So I lay down every worry about tomorrow, every unfinished thing, every fear about what the future holds. I am Yours, loved with a love that nothing can break, and I rest in that. Where trials have pressed on me and left me weary, I ask You to guard my mind and give me real sleep, not restless hours. Teach me to walk in Your will, awake or asleep, and let my hope be fixed on what You have promised. Jesus said, lo, I am with you always, and I believe Him as I close my eyes. If God be for us, who can be against us, so I refuse fear in Jesus name. Thank You for keeping watch over me, for loving me without wavering, and for the mercy waiting on the other side of this night. Blessed be The name of the Lord, from this time forth and forevermore. Amen.
