Shared Prayer

Abba, Father We praise You for Your tender care over us, for You are the good and watchful God who never loses sight of Your own. Your word declares that the Lord is our shepherd, and because You lead us we shall not want. You know our hunger before we speak it, and You see the fear we carry when tomorrow looks uncertain. So we lay down our striving and follow where You lead. Feed us, guide us, and quiet the worry that tells us Your care will run short. You are with us, O Lord, in the plain places and in the valleys, and we are not afraid. We rebuke the restless spirit of lack and doubt that would drive us away from Your voice. Thank You for green pastures we did not earn and mercy we cannot exhaust. We are content, because the One who shepherds us is good and will never leave us in need. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
