Shared Prayer

Abba, Father We praise You, the God of all grace, for You are good beyond measure and Your kindness never fails. Scripture assures us that You have called us to Your eternal glory by Christ Jesus, and that after we have suffered a while, You Yourself will make us perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle us. So we bring You our weariness, our grief, and the pressures that wear on us, and we ask You to hold us together where we feel weak. Teach us to walk in obedience to Your will while we wait, refusing bitterness and choosing trust. We believe that through our God we will not collapse under suffering but be strengthened by grace. Keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, until every broken place in us is settled by Your hand. Thank You for grace that carries us and glory that awaits us. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
