Shared Prayer

Holy Father, who hears and answers prayers Your mercy is tender, and Your kingdom is full of grace and truth. Your Son called little children to Himself and would not turn them away, and in that welcome we see Your heart. Because Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, draw us to Him with simple trust. Strip away pride, fear, and unbelief, and teach us to come without pretending to be strong. Where hearts feel rejected, ashamed, or far off, let the welcome of Christ break every lie and open the door of hope. Satisfy us early with Your mercy, and form in us the humility that pleases You. We believe there is room in Your presence for all who come through Your Son. Thank You for receiving us, for making Your kingdom known, and for giving rest to souls that turn to You. We tell you thanks, in Jesus' name. Amen.
