Shared Prayer

O Father, Lord of heaven and earth I praise You, Almighty God, El Shaddai, for You know me completely and love me still. Nothing in me is hidden from You, and yet Your love toward me does not fail. As Psalm 139 says, I ask You now to search me and know my heart, try me and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. I do not want anything in my life that grieves You or holds me back from Your will. Show me what needs to change, and give me the honesty to face it and the grace to turn from it. Where I have carried fear about what is ahead, remind me that You are with me, O Lord, and that my future is held by the God who made me. In the pressure and uncertainty I feel, I count it all joy, because You are shaping me and leading me on a path that never ends. I belong to You in Christ, and no trial can undo that. Thank You for loving me this deeply and for guiding my steps in Jesus name. Blessed be the name of the Lord, forevermore. Amen.
