Shared Prayer
Created on August 9, 2026
Lord, whose name is holy
You are worthy of all praise, and we come before You with grateful hearts.
Your word calls us to let all things be done with love.
Not some things, not easy things, but all things.
Forgive us, Lord, where we have acted without love, where we have spoken harshly, served grudgingly, or responded to others out of our own hurt and pride.
We ask You to root love so deeply in us that it becomes the posture of everything we do.
We know that the Lord is our shepherd, we shall not want, and so we trust You to provide what we lack, including the grace to love well when it is costly.
Where we feel drained, depleted, or too broken to give, we hold to this promise that he giveth power to the faint.
Thank You for loving us first.
That love is our source, our reason, and our strength.
Your name be glorified O Lord.
Amen.
