Shared Prayer

Dear God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ You invite us to humble ourselves, to seek Your face, and to turn from what harms us. In a season of new beginnings, we bow with hopeful hearts for our families, our churches, and our lands. Meet the anxious parent with a calm word, meet the worn-out worker with renewed strength, meet the weary dreamer with fresh purpose. We cry out, In the name of Jesus Christ, for Your healing touch to begin in us and through us. Help us choose reconciliation over quarrel, mercy over bitterness, and truth that leads to peace. May our humble prayers become a procession of grace that moves our streets toward Your mercy and forgiveness. We trust You to restore what has been broken and to light our path with hope for the days ahead. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
