Shared Prayer

My Father, My God You are good, and You are gentle with people who are hurting, and I praise You even with a broken voice. Your word says You are close to the brokenhearted and You save those who are crushed in spirit. Jesus said that those who mourn are blessed, for they will be comforted, and I hold on to that promise now. When Jesus stood at the grave of His friend, He wept, so I know my tears are not strange to You. I have lost my mother, and the pain is deeper than I ever imagined. I have no words left, only this ache, and I bring it honestly to You. You are with me, O Lord, in the hardest days I have ever walked through. Come close to me now, hold me together, and comfort me the way only You can. I will not carry this alone, because it is written that You save those who are crushed in spirit. Teach me to walk in Your will while my heart heals, and give me hope for the days ahead. Thank You for staying near, for loving me without limit, and for being my God who is more than enough. Blessed be your holy name. Amen.
